Provide structure and organisation for others in the team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with various Stakeholders, venders, team members and Wider Community.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Coordinate several aspects to come together for the event, from the initial concept to execution

• Problem solving; adjusting plans and strategies' as needed to address unexpected issues.

• Decision making; make quick and effective decisions under pressure.

• Creativity; creating publicity, putting forward innovative and unique ideas to engage the community.

• Adhering to a budget and ensuring all guidance from Local Authority is followed.

Supervision & Support

 Each Volunteer will receive ongoing informal support and supervision from relevant Lead.

In addition, we will evaluate the project together as a team at regular intervals. This will also act as a forum for volunteers to raise any concerns.
