At Lets Connect, our team is based in the hub and out in the community across Hasland and Grassmoor. We’re here to make it easy for local people, groups and organisations to get support, ask questions, and feel part of what’s happening locally. When you visit us, you’ll always meet a friendly face ready to help.

We are open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and during those hours you’ll always connect with a real member of our team—whether you pop into the hub, call, or email us.

Kirstie

Supports local community groups with funding applications, setting up new groups, and guidance around constitutions and governance. She works closely with new and developing groups to help turn ideas into active, sustainable community projects. Manages the hub and facilitates bookings and community support.

Dallas

Leads on community outreach across Grassmoor and surrounding areas. You’ll often see her out in the community running and supporting regular sessions and events, as well as working alongside local organisations. She helps connect people, build partnerships, and support the growth of community-led activities in Grassmoor.

Karin

Our support worker and a key friendly face within the hub. She manages group bookings and venue hirers, helping everything run smoothly. Karin also runs the Grassmoor Past and Present group, offering a welcoming space for local stories, connection and shared memories. She provides information on sessions and events and is always happy to offer support, advice, or a chat when people come into the hub.​

Together, we’re here to support the community in practical, approachable ways – whether that’s helping a new group get started, supporting a local event, or simply being a place where people feel welcome and listened to.
